WebI'm not sure if you're talking about online or playing against the computer, but if you're playing against the computer, and you know you're about to turn the ball over (example: bad pass) you can take switch to one of you're players who's closest to the half court and run back and try to defend the best you can. WebDepends on your height (and vertical) but I like to keeps my hands up and defend the pass, then as soon as I notice the other guy commiting to the lay-up (his eyes will go towards the rim) I go for a block. A good playmaker will sneak a pass at the last second and a good finisher will probably avoid the block, but this is my go to, personally.
