WebI just purchased a Hisense 55U8G and I can't get my Harmony 665 Remote to turn on it, only Off! Also, I think I just found a workaround. I edited the Activity Commands and made the remote use the Vudu (app) command. It's the only command that turns the tv on but doesn't immediately use the app itself like Netflix, Amazon, etc, do.
