A more effective approach is usually to change the lens profile to one which includes defishing. Don't know about CaptureOne specifically but there are a few in Lightroom which can work out OK.
WebIf you plan to defish all the time, I'd actually recommend skipping fisheyes altogether and getting an ultrawide rectilinear, instead, like the Samyang 14mm f/2.8. I also wouldn't horizon correct with Fisheye-Hemi or any of the many other lens correction tools, I'd just use PTGui or Hugin for that. But I'm a 360x180 pano shooter.
