WebJan 1, 2009 · The D3 Exhaust ports need a bunch of help, Just Remove all the bumps and Blend everything, but don't go crazy just hogging everything all out. They make Plugs for the Holes in the heads, ask your maching shop to get you some. Do the same on the intake, Blend the Bowls and match the intake gaskest. But don't go Crazy.

Anytime rpm exceeds 7500 rpm, aluminum rods should be considered, as cap walk starts to show up after that rpm with steel rods.
